The Flow Retreat:

Ojai

What to Expect

4 Days of Movement, Stillness & Connection

Limited to 12–15 Participants

Imagine waking up to the soft light of the Ojai Valley, stretching under the oaks, and rediscovering how your body actually wants to move. The Flow Retreat is a four-day immersion created by Margy Verba, educator and founder of Flow Motion Education, for those who want to reconnect to their natural movement patterns, deepen body awareness, and restore vitality—from the feet up.

Over four days of tent camping, mindful practice, and learning, you’ll explore:

  • Daily Flow Motion sessions to restore balance and ease in your joints.

  • Hands-on lessons in biomechanics, body mapping, and functional movement (taught Margy-style—curious, down-to-earth, and sprinkled with laughter).

  • Guided walks, gentle hikes, and movement explorations among the oak groves of Ojai.

  • Time for campfire conversations, rest, reflection, and connection with a small, supportive group.

No fancy accommodations—just simple living close to the earth, nourishing food, and space to breathe. You don’t need to be “fit” or “flexible”; come as you are, ready to learn how your body works and how to bring it back into harmony with itself.

Leave with a deeper understanding of your movement patterns, a personalized home routine, and a more compassionate relationship with your body—one that moves with flow, ease, and awareness long after the retreat ends.

Reconnect to your body. Rediscover your flow.
