Brand new clients (or clients I haven’t seen in a while) start with an Intake Package.

You will send me everything listed on the onboarding page before your appointment. I  have found this is the most time and cost effective way of working with my clients. I gain a ton of information by zooming in and out, and rewatching literally seconds of your movement videos. The more information I gather up front, the more honed, and therefore more effective, your Home Exercise Program! NOTE: if you prefer, there is an option to book a movement screen with me (in person or Zoom).
